Hello everyone, and welcome to this factory tour!
I am Taiho, and I’m here at a marble and granite plant located in Long An Province, Vietnam.
Here, we have large blocks of marble and granite from Binh Dinh Province, which is a central region in Vietnam.
Next, we move to the Cutting and Slicing Section, where advanced gang saws and wire saws are used to cut these massive blocks into slabs of various thicknesses.
Now, we’re in the polishing section. In this area, slabs are coated with glue to enhance their natural beauty. We also use high-speed polishers to improve the texture and color of the stone, along with a manual sunbathing process for drying the slabs.
Once the slabs are finished, they are stamped with a barcode to verify their origin.
This brings us to the customization area, where slabs are shaped and sized according to customer specifications.
Finally, the completed products are numbered and carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transportation.
One of the highlights of our facility is the CNC machining, combined with the skills of our artisans. This allows us to create customized designs, ranging from intricate patterns to architectural elements like columns, moldings, and cornices.
This capability ensures precision and consistency, even for the most complex projects.
